TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. iPhone Forever (“Promo”) is a Globe iPhone Upgrade Program open to new and existing Postpaid subscribers (“subscribers”) who would like to avail of an iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c.
2. Promo period is from November 15, 2013 to December 31, 2013.

HOW TO AVAIL OF THIS PROMO

3. To avail of the Promo, subscriber must:
– Choose an iPhone Forever Plan, and
– Trade-In his existing gadget and pay the One-Time Trade-In Cashout, if applicable.

STEP 1: Subscriber must choose an iPhone Forever Plan from the following:

STEP 2: Subscriber must Trade-In his existing gadget to Globe and pay the One-Time Trade-In Cashout based on the following table:

· If you do not wish to trade-in your gadget, you may still avail of this offer by paying the one-time trade-in cashout of P12,999.

4. Trade-In Gadget
· Subscriber is required to surrender to Globe the gadget for trade-in upon availment of the Promo, except if he falls under Tier 5 (No Gadget for Trade-In).
· Gadget must be open line or a Globe-issued handset.
· Gadget will be subject to assessment of a Trade-In Officer.
o If gadget is found to be eligible for Trade-In, subscriber will pay a One-Time Trade-In Cashout based on Tiers 1 to 4.
o If gadget is found to be ineligible for Trade-In, subscriber may still opt to avail of this Promo by paying a One-Time Trade-In Cashout of P12,999.

5. One-Time Trade-In Cashout
· The One-Time Trade-In Cashout covers the 24 month contract period under any iPhone Forever Plan.
· It may be paid through cash or credit card (straight or up to 24 months 0% installment via participating banks).
· The One-Time Trade-In Cashout is applicable for both iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c availments.

6. Contract Period
· The Contract Period is continuous for twenty-four (24) months upon line activation, i.e. it does not reset to 24 months upon availment of a new iPhone at any point between the subscriber’s 13^th to 24^th months in contract.
· Subscriber cannot upgrade or downgrade his iPhone Forever Plan until his 24-month contract period has ended.

7. Overdue balance must first be settled before subscriber can avail of a gadget under Globe iPhone Forever.

AFTER 12 MONTHS

8. Subscriber will be eligible to upgrade to a new iPhone on the 13^th to 24^th month after availment of his iPhone Forever Plan. To do so, subscriber must:
– Maintain his iPhone Forever Plan, and
– Trade-in the gadget availed upon subscription (“Existing Gadget”) for the new iPhone.

9. If, under any circumstance, the subscriber is not able to surrender his Existing Gadget, he will be required to pay a One-Time Trade-In Cashout as defined by Globe at the time of the new iPhone availment.

10. Globe reserves the right to provide a device of equal value should the preferred device becomes unavailable. Existing value of gadgets offered:

AFTER YOUR 24 MONTHS CONTRACT PERIOD

11. Subscriber will be eligible to avail of a new iPhone after his 24-month contract period has lapsed.

12. If the subscriber wishes to avail of a new iPhone after twenty-four (24) months from availment, he must re-contract on his existing iPhone Forever Plan. He also has the option to upgrade his existing iPhone Forever Plan to a higher iPhone Forever Plan. This will renew his contract period for another 24 months.

13. Subscriber will again be eligible to avail of a new iPhone twelve (12) months after re-contracting/upgrading his existing iPhone Forever Plan.
